The Kotak Mahindra branch design emphasizes a modern and customer-centric approach. It features a red and white color scheme with prominent logo displays and modern materials like glass and steel. The layout includes a welcoming entrance with digital screens, comfortable seating with charging stations, and an open, intuitive layout. Technology integration includes ATMs, self-service kiosks, digital screens for real-time information, and QR codes for mobile banking. Service areas comprise modern teller counters, private consultation rooms, and express service counters. Employee workspaces are ergonomic and well-equipped, with comfortable break rooms. The design ensures high security with CCTV and biometric access, adheres to regulations, and incorporates energy-efficient systems and sustainable materials. The design of Akera Skin Clinic in Bangalore focuses on creating a serene and modern environment. The clinic uses calming colors like pastel blues, greys, and whites, with the Akera logo prominently displayed. The reception area features a modern desk with digital check-in, comfortable seating, soft lighting, plants, and calming artwork. Treatment rooms have a clean design, adjustable lighting, state-of-the-art equipment, and soundproofing for privacy. Private consultation rooms are equipped with digital tools and comfortable seating. Technology integration includes electronic health records, digital information screens, and free Wi-Fi. Employee workspaces are ergonomic with a comfortable break room. High hygiene standards are maintained with designated sterilization areas and clearly marked emergency exits. Sustainability is emphasized through eco-friendly materials, LED lighting, and energy-efficient HVAC systems. The clinic also engages the community by providing space for skin care workshops and displaying local art. This design ensures a high-quality experience for patients and a comfortable, efficient workspace for staff.

The Novotech office building and interior design embodies a blend of modernity and functionality, starting with its sleek, contemporary architecture featuring clean lines and expansive glass windows for natural light. Sustainable practices are integrated throughout, using eco-friendly materials like recycled steel and sustainable wood, alongside green roofs and vertical gardens to enhance both aesthetics and environmental impact. Inside, the lobby welcomes with a spacious, minimalist design, incorporating a modern reception desk and digital check-in systems. The open-plan workspaces encourage collaboration, complemented by soundproof private offices and ergonomic furniture for comfort and productivity. Advanced technology is seamlessly integrated, from smart lighting and climate control to state-of-the-art AV equipment and high-speed internet connectivity. Employee well-being is prioritized with amenities such as comfortable break rooms, wellness spaces, and a potential on-site fitness center. Sustainability remains a core focus, with energy-efficient systems, water conservation measures, and comprehensive waste management strategies implemented throughout. Designing these two KIA showroom in Dubai involved creating a luxurious and technologically advanced space that embodies the brand's sophistication and innovation. The showroom will prominently feature KIA’s corporate colors and logo, using premium materials like polished metal, glass, and high-end wood finishes to convey quality and durability. A spacious and open layout will showcase vehicles strategically, complemented by digital displays and interactive features such as VR and AR experiences. Comfortable customer lounges, private consultation rooms, and designated test drive areas will enhance the customer experience, while visible service bays and sustainability-focused design elements underscore KIA’s commitment to transparency and environmental responsibility. With a focus on advanced technology integration, customer comfort, and brand identity, the KIA showroom in Dubai aims to provide an immersive and memorable automotive retail experience.

"Union," the community space by the Central Bank of Kenya, was designed to serve as a versatile and inclusive hub for community engagement, financial education, and cultural enrichment. The space featured a flexible layout that accommodated workshops, seminars, and cultural events, fostering dialogue among diverse community groups. Architecturally, Union prioritized accessibility and sustainability, incorporating natural elements and energy-efficient technologies. It offered digital connectivity and interactive learning tools that enhanced financial literacy and educational programs. Through partnerships with local organizations and government support, Union fostered youth initiatives, entrepreneurship, and environmental awareness. Safety measures and continuous feedback mechanisms ensured a secure and responsive space that evolved based on community needs, making Union a catalyst for social empowerment and economic development in Kenya.

State-of-the-art facilities including digital banking kiosks, secure ATMs, and biometric security systems enhance convenience and security. Client amenities such as an exclusive lounge with concierge services and well-equipped meeting rooms further elevate comfort and service excellence. Sustainability is integrated through energy-efficient technologies and eco-friendly practices, while stringent security measures uphold confidentiality and safety. Yes Smart bank- 1000 sqft

The brief asssinged to us was to create a new age digital bank that resonates with the new millennial and Genz population and their lifestyle while still functioning as a bank that attracts new customers.

The resultant design has a co working space where one can get a cup of coffee and chill as if its a part of his everyday routine and thus getting attached to the brand and ending up being loyal customers at the end of it.

Our client approached I-AM with a plan to start a new French bistro in Delhi with authentic hearty French food in a comfortable intimate space. They wished to reflect the nostalgia of travels to France, or the dream to visit one day. After conducting a naming exercise, the final name selected was Reve which means ‘dream’ in French.

An identity was designed which was inspired from the wrought iron balconies in France, often found integrated with modern architecture as well. The identity forms a unicorn, a legendary creature that is associated with wish fulfilment, and reflects imagination, dreaminess, and grace. The brand colour was inspired from the oxidised copper domes often found in classical architecture in Europe.

The objective of the space design was to take one back to travel memories and special moments shared and experienced in France, while maintaining a contemporary relevance. The idea was to immerse the customer in a space that feels like a friend’s living room in an old French quarter, filled with stories and memories collected while travelling. The nostalgic clear globe dim lights add romanticism to the interiors and beautifully highlight simple unfinished textures and patterns, creating an intimate dining experience.

Arches have always been a very integral structural/architectural element in French architecture, in buildings and facades. The main dining space is divided in to two areas using a roughly textured semi circular arched wall which makes the space intimate. Planters with creepers make the space warm. The space is then finished with large beautiful watercolour sketch painted on the wall, with a note of a travel memory.

Rare Rabbit is the first retail venture by Radhamani Textiles  Private Limited. Rare Rabbit has launched in India with a
mission to transform the approach to everyday dressing for men.

The Rare Rabbit customer can be defined as a metrosexual, urban, Indian gentleman who believes dressing is an art.
Rare Rabbit saw an opportunity to target this discerning individual since there is a dearth of brands in India that cater
to this evolved consumer.

The scope for I-AM was to design the retail store and visual language with a very boutique, minimalistic and clean aesthetic, inspired by a contemporary European style. In order to speak toward the rabbit’s dual nature, materials were selected that depict this contrast – predominantly black and white, with highlights in brass.

Rare Rabbit opened it’s first flagship store in UB City, Bangalore, which is also home to many domestic & international brands.

Leading apparel manufacturer and retailer Arvind Limited, assigned I-AM the creation of a multi brand footwear outlet with an international range of male-skewed footwear offerings. The brands would comprise globally recognized names including Johnston & Murphy, Cole Haan, Flying Machine, Heatwave, Arrow, Bugatti and USPA. The challenge was how to position the MBO and let it have its distinct identity while allowing the global footwear brands to speak for themselves.

With an evolving and globally aware audience, the current offerings were staid and chaotic. Therein lay the opportunity to position this new brand. I-AM brainstormed the brand name – STRIDE – epitomising confidence, energy and control over one’s surrounding.

The brand identity we developed is contemporary, light-hearted, and portrayed progressiveness with a strong visual story line – the evolution of man paralleling the evolution of today’s confident Indian male. The brand colours – deep blue and brick red with the contrast of grey, cued sophistication and a boldness that could straddle the wide range of offerings within the store. The execution of the visual language involved experimenting with the raw materials selected for the interiors of the store, embedding and engraving characters within the materials to build a dynamic visual story and messaging as the customer moves through the store.

Leading apparel manufacturer and retailer Arvind Limited, assigned its integrated branding mandate to I-AM to launch a brand destined to make its stamp globally.

There is a resurgence of pride of heritage/association with the Indian culture and ethos with India and its populace making a mark for themselves on the world stage, Arvind Limited saw potential in this opportunity to develop a premium men’s wear apparel and accessories brand called ‘True Blue’.

I-AM team carried out extensive audit of the competitors and looked into best-in-class examples across categories along with conducting a research on the target audience and their preferences.This culminated in a workshop wherein the brand True Blue was born and defined as a Western/Modern fashion brand with an Indian twist. I-AM developed the positioning around True Blue defining fashion that is sophisticated and western with an Indianness that inspires pride. The brand personality revolves around the principles of being a Leader; Visionary; Extrovert/ Social; Confident; Experienced; and Warm. Master Blaster Sachin Tendulkar who epitomises the brand’s personality was chosen as the brand ambassador.

The Visual Language and the Look & Feel for True Blue is Contemporary; Sophisticated; Artistic/ Crafted; Warm; Detailed; Discovery; with an Indian Ethos. I-AM created the brand identity for True Blue, besides being responsible for creating the instore visual language and leveraging the customer  journey to design the offline True Blue store.

True Blue launched it’s two outlets in High Street Pheonix Mall, Mumbai on 28th of May 2016 and in Brigade Road, Bangalore on 31st May 2016. The brand plans to launch around 25 – 30 stores across India in the next five years.

D:FY, India’s first sports brand approached I-AM to create their retail store design featuring their range of footwear and apparel. The brief was to create a retail space that provided a sport experience and reflected the brand message ‘D:FY the Everyday.’

The design expressed the idea of an adrenaline rush, that burst of high energy and the raw emotion experienced by a sportsperson. The interiors use rough natural materials, textures and exposed details. Colour blocks and neon lights add a rush of high energy and a youthful and vibrant look and feel. Use of sport elements such as bleacher seats, stadium lighting, and materials found in gyms add to the overall sport experience.

The visual language of in-store signage uses graphic elements that reflect the movement associated with sport, and educate the customer on the extensive technology and development that went into the design of the products.

IDFC Bank saw this as an opportunity in which it could position itself as a true financial services provider by keeping the needs of the customer first. Thus was born the idea of the
“Un-Bank”.I-AM was tasked with carrying forward this brand idea. I-AM carried out extensive audits in the banking sector and mapped a distinctive and memorable customer journey which was a first within the Indian banking category. Drawing on its global expertise within the banking design space, I-AM came up with the solution of merging the banking industry and retail industry, drawing inspiration from international brands. The revolutionary IDFC Bank branch design for the Modern Indian revolves around the principles of being Fresh; Professional; Friendly and Approachable.

Keeping it’s finger on the pulse of it’s audience and recognising the consumer’s increasing expectations and need for convenience with banking, India’s Most Valuable Brand 2017 (as per BrandZ Top 50 Most Valuable Indian Brands report), HDFC Bank engaged I-AM to bridge the gap between the offline and online platforms by creating a seamless experience zone for its digital-savvy consumers. This would be done to tie in with the Bank’s “Power of Banking” and”#Godigital” initiatives.

The I-AM team conducted a survey amongst HDFC Bank customers to gauge their perception, assessment and attitude towards the Bank. The Survey findings revealed that consumers ascertained that HDFC Bank’s most important service attributes were convenience, commitment and technology. Leveraging this consumer insight, I-AM decided to draw parallels between HDFC Bank’s core offering and the new shape of technology in the consumer’s life – i.e. Smart Devices. This led I-AM to conceptualize a Smart Banking Zone.

The space design was conceptualized on the lines of de-cluttering the bank interior, focusing on simplicity, minimalism and clean lines, thereby bringing in a high level of efficiency. The entire customer journey adopted was well planned to help the current customers to smoothly migrate into a new advanced self service banking experience. The choice of materials, lighting and colours used within the space also lend a very contemporary fresh environment to this new form of banking.

The visual language was inspired from the HDFC Bank brand mark, the Grid, in order to maintain resonance with the HDFC brand and ensuring that the Grid became an intrinsic element of the Bank’s messaging to customers and the wider public in the future. The graphics were solid and simple, building on the strong and dependable personality of the brand. The straight edged shapes incorporated indicated stability and balance, as also impart an atmosphere of professionalism and efficiency. I-AM subverted the angular lines with dynamic colours to conjure up a dynamic, interesting and inviting environment, with the focus of the design being to provide guidance and power to enable and empower the customer to interact with the Bank with ease.

HDFC Bank launched their first Smart Banking Zone in Hinjewadi, Pune in March 2017.
